First and foremost we discussed the current usage of their brand both online and onsite. We worked to understand how their business works from an operational point of view and also in respect of attracting new business. One element that we identified was that they needed to stand out from the crowd online. Hospitality search websites are full of guesthouses and hotels all competing for the same customers. Often they will show a slideshow of images, with some descriptive text and then when a booking is made take a percentage of the room rate as commission.

With their current online presence in mind we felt it was important to do something different. We suggested producing a showreel that could not only be used on their website but also on social media too to build interest momentum and brand exposure. All the time directing customers to their own website and increase direct bookings (avoiding the costly commissions that were afforded to the hospitality search websites). In turn increasing The Limes' profit margin and allowing them to pass on cost savings to their customers.

We produced a high end showreel combining professional movie capture, editing, music and brand messaging to advertise The Limes facilities and also the local and wider region of North Yorkshire. Over a period of a single day we captured all the footage required to produce the showreel and then edited it along with a chosen soundtrack that would evoke the correct type of passion and emotion for the venue. To date the showreel has amassed 1,400 views both nationally and internationally on Facebook, all the time directing them to their website and more importantly direct bookings.

As we progressed with the showreel, we felt it was important to bring The Limes onsite graphics up to date too. We worked closely with Fiona and Riccardo to design, visualise, manufacture and fit affordable and durable signage that complimented their existing signage.
